Brewing reference
The numbers behind the beer, and the model each one came from.
7 calculators that name the published model they use, 33 styles with their vital statistics, and 20 hop varieties with the alpha acid ranges you actually need to plan a substitution.
The colour scale this site is built on
Most brewing calculators will not tell you which model they ran.
Tinseth and Rager disagree by twenty per cent or more on the same recipe. Neither is wrong. But a calculator that gives you a number without naming its model is giving you one you cannot reproduce, and that is most of them.
